The Mt Juliet Referral Group is unapologetically based upon Christian Principles

The "Rules"
• I will always be supportive and maintain a positive attitude with MJ Referral Group members
• I will always be responsible with the referrals that I receive from MJ Referral Group members
• I will always provide the level of service as I have quoted customers and remain honest on the pricing
• I will always maintain the ethical standards of my profession with MJ Referral Group and it’s referrals
• I will always maintain trust and goodwill with MJ Referral Group and it’s referrals
• I will always be truthful with MJ Referral Group and any referrals I receive
• I will always follow up with MJ Referral Group members that have give me referrals and let them know the outcome
Policies and Procedures
Only one person from each profession is permitted to join.
Membership fees are $50 annually
Profession must be full time occupation, not part time
Meetings are Thursday mornings and last 60 minutes. Our meetings begin at 8:00 and end at 9:00. We meet every week, except the third Thursday of the month.
It’s important that you attend meetings. You cannot build a relationship if you are not present. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute to the meeting. Your substitute can only represent their business if there is not a competing seat taken. You are allowed 4 absences in a 6 month period.
Members are expected to bring a referral, testimonial, or visitor each week.
There is a medical leave of absence for 30 days after leadership approval. This applies to you or any immediate family member. This absence can be extended with leadership approval.
Your membership belongs to you, not your company. If you choose to leave, your seat comes open and applications are accepted. Someone from your company can apply but the seat is not guaranteed to them.
A visitor must visit 3 weeks before applying for membership. This allows each party to make sure it is a good fit.
If you choose to leave the MJ Referral Group, you must wait 6 months before reapplying, if your seat is still open.
Policies are subject to change and the Leadership Team will advise you of any changes.
